Welcome to the Queer Natures project

Queer Natures is a collaborative research project at the University of Exeter, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (2024–2026). Bringing together artistic practice, academic research, and community partnerships, the project explores what queerness and nature can mean when placed in creative and critical dialogue. Led by Dr Ina Linge and supported by artists in residence S.K. Marley and Siân Docksey, creative producers Flock South West, research assistant Gemma Lucas, and impact evaluator Dr Chloe Asker, the project centres process, collaboration, research and practice. This website is a space to share reflections, resources and activities — we invite you to explore and take part.
